Hi, I am getting a double icons one row on top of the other unless I stretch the taskbar up to show both layers. See Pics one of on-top other stretched versions. oh wait I cannot put any pictures up here so I can't show that! You'll have to be smart enough to know what I am saying I guess.... Hopefully someone has had this problem before and has the fix for it! The stretching puts one set of icons above the other the top set works the second bottom set does no allow clicking on them. this is also all the way over to the right where the clock is at.

Hello,
Need to know more on your system.
- Windows 10 or Windows 11? And its full version numbers.
- Start10 or Start11? And its version numbers.
- And its better and easier to understand your issue if you can post a video on what actually you're trying to do.
Thank you,

It has corrected itself for now, but this has happened once before and the only software that can effect the taskbar is windows explorer, and start 10 (1.97) Newest version since it says there are no new updates when clicked.
I run Windows 10 below:
(Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
Installed on 5/18/2021
OS build 19043.1165
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0)
cannot make a video but all I do is move the cursor to the taskbar which is always up in one row position (I don't have the Hide the taskbar switched on) as you can see in the pictures the only way to get to my icons that work is to have the row at double height. The icons that show up and are not working are older icons that are no longer on the system in the bottom row(some of them are still installed like firefox.
Make sure you have the latest Microsoft patches.
They released a buggy update a few months ago which caused taskbar painting issues when the news and interests link on the taskbar is hidden.
