Slow/Lagging desktop wallpaper transition while fences are active

I noticed that my my ever-changing desktop wallpaper can't transition well without some sort of lag. This doesn't happen when Fences is disabled.

*Fences updated to the latest available verion. Still having same problem pre 3.0 fences

It's Windows 10 default software. No 3rd party software.

Whether it's the automatic transition every 30mins or if I manually right-clicked destop and select Next Desktop Background. There's a noticeable lag while transitioning to the next wallpaper.

If you're running Fences V3.1 it is best to rollback to V3.09. And see if the transition is better ie sorter? and if possible post a video on your issue so we can see what you see on your system.
