Everything Lost

Have updated Stardock only to lose everything. Have lost total confidence in this product and have to spend money to bring in a technical expert to try and retrieve all that has been lost. Have no technical expertise so a technical reply on your part will achieve nothing. A waste of good time and money on my part - never again!
