All my Fences are gone after Update to 3.1.0.5

I am having the same issue. I updated to version 3.1.0.5 and when I received the prompt that the computer had to restart, I just shut down my computer for the night. Now I've booted up and all my fences have disappeared. Nothing brings them back. Guess I'll revert to the prior release for now until Startdock fixes this.
