The new release is conflict with wallpaper engine

Today I updated Fences to the newest release.After restarting my computer, my wallpaper engine was working but the wallpaper didn't change.I ran the wallpaper engine confliction check and it said the problem is on Fences.

I used the old release for alomst 2 years,it never happened.Today the first time I used the newest release,the problem happened.

So I think it maybe a small BUG in new release and really affect the daily use.

Please check and fix it if it is a BUG.
