Fences Not Restoring when using LAYOUT RESTORE SNAPSHOT

when I try to do a Snapshot RESTORE, the screen loads the saves Fences, then immediately

changes them back to the previous layout..

 

i have deleted all my saved snapshots in LAYOUT SNAPSHOTs and only have the correct one left.

is there another location that the Fences layouts are being saved that I can clean out ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling. Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
