It has nothing to do with windowsblinds even it's part of skinstudio, skinstudio has a way to animate things like start button to it moves slides and i have no idea what else there is nothing i have found on how to do a animate what i have found is a tutorial but nothing that goes in depth of how to do it. And i have seen that one for Skinstuido it's for windows xp it's old, i don't understand why no one has done videos with it or that the person who made it did not come out with better way of learning how to use it, but then there are people who maybe understand it far better than i do.

Well, when I learned it, I done the hard way. Do it by trial and error. Change the setting one at a time, rinse and repeat. In fact most of the things in Skinstudios I learn with the same method.

There are only few area which you can play around in there. It should not take you too much time to figure out things.

Also do note that,  StartButton animations does not work properly as it did in Windows 7. Guess, that goes with all the things that MS has changed Windows from bad to worst for GUI people like us.
