Some purchase inquiries of fences

Hi!

I have a few problems.

1. How does summer sale last this Year?

2. What does the price of Fences ￥41.39 means(https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/download?utm_source=software-promo&utm_medium=email&utm_content=fences-getitnow-button&utm_campaign=sof-summer-sale-june2021&utm_term=sof-summer-sale-june2021-31131)?

Is the software permanent usage? Is it can not get later versions? But current version have many bugs.


3. What does "30 days of support" means? Does it mean I can ask question to staff within 30 days?

  1. For information on Stardock Summer Sales is on : https://www.stardock.com/games/article/505335 and from there it says it will end on 8th July 2021 (Sale ends 07.08.2021 at 1PM ET.)
  2. I believe you are seeing the price for your local currency. But, I am not sure where that (￥41.39) come from.
  3. Not sure about that "30 days of Support" but from what I know, we do out best to help anybody that ask for help here.

This is what I get.

So my best guess is that, will be what you going to pay for a Single copy of Fences.

As for the "30 days of support" not really sure why that is there. But, as I said above, we never ask a client when they actually buy a product before helping them.

Once you purchase a license, if you purchase now, you should get V3.0.9. And all update under V3.x should be free for you. Only if there is upgrade version such as Fences V4.x release, than you will have option to buy a new license for it or continue using V3.X.

It is quite weird that RMB 41.39 Dollar 5.99, the percentage is nearly 7, which is quite larger the rate of RMB to Dollar(6.47).

 

By the way, in https://store.steampowered.com/app/607380/Fences/ , the price is much cheaper. If the function the same as https://www.stardock.com/products/fences/download?utm_source=software-promo&utm_medium=email&utm_content=fences-getitnow-button&utm_campaign=sof-summer-sale-june2021&utm_term=sof-summer-sale-june2021-31131 ?
