Pin Fence Title

Is there a way to pin the orientation of the fence title? i want all my fences to have the tile on top then have the applications below the title not have the title swap to the bottom when it hits the edge of my scree. is there any way to do this? i had the fences like that originally but now it doesn't let any room for error it the fence so much as smells the edge of the screen it rotates.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. No, I believe there is no option to set the Fences title permanent on top or the bottom. It will always be on top. And it will always move to the bottom when you hit the top edge of your screen.
