HI
my pc crashed and i got a new one, now i want to install Fences on it but cannot because i get a message that it is still active on the old pc which i cannot access, any help would be great thanks

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Will need you to submit a support Ticket https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4
so they can De-Activate your old PC Lic. it is the weekend now so allow time it will be seen
on normal working days .

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You could also try to deactivate your old activation using this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct. And once that done, try activate on your new PC again.
If it still fail please raise the support ticket, if you have not done so.
