Windows resize by themselves

Hi,

My fences software keeps resizing the windows on certain Windows Updates. Is there anything I can do to lock the size and locations down?

Right click on desktop to view scroll to

Lock Fences put check mark there.

To make any changes or delete a fence

you will then have to unlock Fences.
