auto arrange functionality outside fences

Hi I understand that fences has auto-arrange functionality built in. I have icons outside of the fences that are also subject to this auto arrange functionality. Is it possible to only have auto arrange inside the fences, whilst allowing me to freely move icons not contained within fences? It would be good to permanently disable auto arrange.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, un-tick "Auto arrange icons" on desktop shall stop Windows from auto arrange your desktop icons.

Thanks Basj, I've tried that, but it seems that it constantly reverts back to auto arrange icons being checked, either whilst I am using the computer, or every time I reboot the computer. It seems as though Stardock is behind this, but I am not sure.

Also try the "Sort by : None" setting for desktop.
