Desktop icons not going into fence

We have an issue where the desktop icons are no longer going into the fences windows, which are now all blank.  I have tried restoring from the backup, but they still do not load into the windows.  Any help would be appreciated.  We are using the latest version of Fences 3

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

a few things to double check .

Make sure to Reboot after a change ....

1 - Fences enabled in task manager

2 - In Fences app check enabled in the box

3 - Try restoring if needed from a restore point when it was right .
