bad salesmen

Are email requests actually handled by chimpanzees? Seriously, are they? I have never experienced such bad salesmen in my life as here. You ask the manufacturer if the software supports a certain feature (closed question, Boolean expected: yes or no. absolutely no big deal!) and get only useless text modules that clearly show that the person who processes the mails has no interest at all in his job, didn't read any text of the email and just wants to grab the money.

That would be like when I want to buy a car, ask the salesman if the vehicle has air conditioning, and he says: "Not my problem, ask other drivers, but don't bother me with details, just sign here to buy!"

Seriously??

I expect this is all rhetorical as no specific issue is cited, and you do not show as a customer...;)

Surely it was meant just rhetorical. I absolutely hate if someone wants to earn money and gives the feeling that he doesn't want to do something for placing a sale. Don't forget, we do not talk about freeware but a paid product and therefore a business.

However, the concrete question was if Fences supports docking to other fences or folder containers which literally would open the possibility to create an accordion object. Simple question, and either the answer is "yes it does" or "nope, it does not".

Probably not 'boolean' at all, as there can be a third..."not at this time".

Of course, on a different tack about 'absolutely hate' it's  having people likened to 'chimpanzees', when all that is required is a simple polite query posted on the public forums [here]....;)
