Start Menu Not Changing?

Hello everyone! I'm new to all this windowblinds stuff and I'm having an issue with the start button not looking like the designed theme. I'm using the "Windows Classic" and the "eXPerience:" themes and they look great and everything works fine but for some reason my start menu looks the exact same, is there a certain setting I'm missing or is it not gonna change the start menu? any help would be amazing, thanks!!! :)

Do you have Start10 installed? You need to have it to have Startpanel be change by Windowblinds. If you do, please check if you have set it correctly. Refer to the screenshot below.
