I'm trying to put my fences at the top, but when I do, the applications inside the folder don't roll down, but instead the name of the folder than the applications. I don't know how I did it before, but I'd like to keep the label on the top. Help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
You need to explain better what you did or didn't do, not fully understanding yoi.
If you had previous fences set up that did work and roll down
try doing a snapshot restore back to a previous set up .

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Fences will always do that if the titlebar move close to the top edge. You just need to move it up slowly and release just before the Fence titlebar touch the top edge of your screen.
