Folder Portal icons stay highlighted after mouse-over

Hello,

I want to use folder portals as it's the easiest way to manage the icons displayed in fences company-wide. However when I roll my mouse over the contents of a folder portal, it highlights them and they stay highlighted. When I collapse the portal and reopen it they're no longer highlighted. I installed fences in order to create a nice, clean desktop environment so I'd like this resolved if possible. This issue doesn't happen with standard fences, only folder portals.

As you can see in the screenshot above, all folders remain highlighted as if my mouse was still over the top of them, even though my mouse isn't in the folder portal anymore.

I have tried purging/reinstalling, restarting the PC.

Operating system: Windows Server 2016

Thanks!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system and issue.

  1. Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
  2. Fences version.
  3. When you said you roll over those icons. You mean just move the mouse pointer over them or click and drag your mouse over them?
  4. What happen if you click any where else after those icons get selected? Is it still selected?

Thanks

Hi Basj, thanks for getting back to me.

1. Windows Server 2016 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393. 4350)
2. Fences Version: 3.0.9.11
3. I just move my mouse over them, no clicking
4. If I click elsewhere they stay highlighted

Thanks

I think it best for you to update your Windows 10 the latest official release for best compatibility with Fences V3.

Thank you,
