Dual monitor issue

desktop blackens frequently

Fence worked fine before setting up dual monitor.

But it blackens the screen every 5-30 minutes after the dual set up. At first it can be fixed by using refresh, but after a few weeks, clicking refresh only fixes the secondary monitor, will have to wait awhile then use refresh to fix the main monitor. Folders and fence still work, however it's very irritating.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system and issues.

  1. Windows version, please use Winver.exe to get full Windows version numbers.
  2. Fences versions.
  3. More information on your Dual monitors setups. Resolutions, Scaling (100%, 125% etc), Connection type.
  4. Do you have Wallpaper engine running? or any other desktop wallpaper related programs running?
