Can't create fences - doesn't work

Fences not working

I have downloaded the latest fences on my windows 10 laptop.

When drawing a rectangle on my desktop, it is supposed to create a new fence.

Instead, the closest command I see is Configure Fences. 

I just downloaded and paid for it today, but if it doesn't work, I'd rather get a refund.

Anyone else have this problem?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just check if you have not locked you fences. If you do please unlocked it and try again.
