WindowBlinds Taskbar is no longer live blurring

I uninstalled and reinstalled Windowblinds, and once I re-applied a theme with a translucent blurred/glass taskbar, it no longer blurred any windows in the background, and didn't display them at all. If I restart explorer.exe with a window inside the taskbar, it will show the window blurred in the taskbar as it's supposed to be, however as soon as I move that window outside of the taskbar's range the window still looks as if it's there Also, to add on, if I focus on a window which is above the taskbar, it will still display over the taskbar instead of being blurred behind. None of these issues were happening until I reinstalled WindowBlinds. I'll provide image examples below.

Focused window over taskbar

Unfocused window

I was unable to get an image of the taskbar blurring the window under it after explorer's restart, but as I described, it will blur the window under it, but as soon as you move the window away from the taskbar, the blurred window will stay displaying on the taskbar, almost as if it captures one image before freezing it....

I am on Windows 10 20H2.

Any help?

If it helps, the programs I have installed that could modify the appearance of the UI besides Windowblinds are:
Start10
7+ Taskbar Tweaks
OldNewExplorer
CustomizerGod

Winaero Tweaker

and T-Clock.

It is possible for the Windows blurring to get 'stuck' and believe nothing under it has changed.

One possibility would be something else trying to alter the blur of the taskbar as well as switching blur modes is typically when this happens.

Your second point made me check Winaero Tweaker, and in fact, I had the "make taskbar more transparent" feature enabled. Disabling it brought back the real-time blur. Thanks!
