Fences "Hangs" PC when not in domain network...

Hello!

Facts: Windows 10 Ent. H2 Update, Home directory on a network share, Fences v. 3

Using fences for years now. After a Windows 10 H2 update my computer hangs without access to the home directory.

If the computer is running normally and I pull out the network cable, Windows will become unresponsive and I'm unable to restart pc (had to do it manually, with the push of a button). What to check out? How to debug the problem? :|

I Really like fences, but right now I can't use them! >:(

Best regards!

Karl

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

If you have folder portals on the desktop, try removing them and testing again.

Any Cloud service icons on the desktop (GoogleDrive, OneDrive, etc)?

Are you using a (corp) roaming profile that is only accessible when connected to a VPN?
