How Do I know How Many Licenses I have Used ?

Stardock must have one of the most confusing licensing systems around. I bought Fences a few years ago with Object Desktop. I assume it was explained to me at the time but I have no idea now how many licenses came with that and whether it/they expire or not after any time period. I tried to download my keys using Stardock's "Product Key Retrieval" service thinking that would tell me - but no, I was just given my key. I cannot remember if the licence was for installation on more than one PC. I seem to remember Object Desktop expiring but the Fences software kept working.

I have just paid for one more licence key for Fences only through Ashampoo that stated it gives me three more PC's to use it on and with no expiry date but this licensing seems more like an honesty thing because the Fences software I bought with Object Desktop has never queried the number of installations - if I was only entitled to one copy and one PC then I am sure I have used it on more than one PC in the past.

So if anybody can tell me how I can find out from Stardock or can otherwise see how many times I use a particular key and secondly, how I find out how many PC's I am entitled to use any given key on, I would be grateful.

Thanks for the reply. I followed your link but all I found was the old Object Desktop software key that said it was expired. I could not see my recently purchased keys in that same area either. I am very sure my Fences was part of Object Desktop but the Fences has been working fine since it expired.

Can you give me more detail on where I am supposed to find all my keys and the ability to deactivate keys if I change PC's ? If I buy through Ashampoo (which I did) do I deal with them or Stardock for this key information ? And if I need support do I deal with Stardock or Ashampoo ?

If you purchased a new Fences stand alone license, the key for that should be a stand alone one. Not grouped together like ObjectDock key. If it not listed there. It might be listed on another account. Please use this guide to get it, make sure to use the correct email address for it. Specially if you paid with paypal or something similar please use the email that linked to that entity. https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys .
