Sorry to hear you are having issues. You have two choices, work out the issues or ask for refund if you feel the product does not suit your need.
If you wish to work on your issue, you should tell us more on your issues. So we can help you out. Fences disappears can be a lot of things. It might be because you turn on its auto-hide function or maybe you just accidentally sent it to another Fences Desktop pages.
