App icons move outside fence after use

Hi, I'm so far still using the trial version of Fences and it's great so I will certainly buy. Much better than the free "Fences" equivalents. But I just have one problem which I can't find a solution to on the forum. I use LibreOffice and sometimes after I have opened, made a change and then closed a LibreOffice file from a Fence, the file icon appears outside the fence on the Desktop rather than staying inside the fence. This usually seems to happen if I have saved a change to the LibreOffice file but not always if I just view the file without saving any change. It's a bit annoying having to drag the files back in their fence all the time. Has anyone come across this and have any idea what the problem is please?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, this behavior is similar to MS office files. You can try this guide to solve your problem : https://forums.stardock.com/501922/page/1/#3791649

Thanks

Thanks Basj. LibreOffice creates "lock files" to avoid them being used by two users at once. I presume this causes a similar problem to Fences as the "temp" files do in MSO. I switched off the "lock file" facility in LibreOffice but that didn't solve the problem. So it must be that, as with MSO, when a LibreOffice document is opened and written to, Fences sees it as a new file added to the Desktop. Couldn't this be fixed by one of Stardock's super programmers? Anyway I have created a Folder Portal as suggested and this seems to have solved the problem.
