Sluggish and Laggy animations

Animations are sub 60fps all the time, for any action, whether it's hoover to fade in or out, or simply hovering over icons

Hi Stardock

I am currently using Fences 3, the latest version. I am also using the latest update of Windows 10 and fences seems to be really sluggish in terms of it's animations. the Fading in and out is very jittery and noticeably so. the animations do not animate at 60 fps ever and it feels very poorly optimized.

I am running a ryzen 5900x and an RTX 3090.
