Turn off layout auto adjustments for icons as well

Hey, so I bought Fences 3 hours ago on steam. I really like the idea of desktop pages so I'm using the program mainly because of that feature, the thing is, when I try playing games which resolution is different than default 1920x1080, all icons get messed up.

I fixed this by making fences for every group of icons I have on my desktop, and selecting last option on layout auto-adjustments, but I don't like the idea of using fences to group my icons, I just want to have un-grouped icons on my desktop without having to reset snapshot every time I close the game. Any ideas?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your issues.

  1. Windows version, please use Winver.exe to get to your Windows full version numbers.
  2. Have you tried turning on this option
    1. Turn off Auto arrange icons (Desktop->right click -> View)
    2. Turn off align icons to grid (Desktop->right click-> View)
    3. Sort by "None" (Desktop->right click->Sort by)
    4. Play around the "Layout auto-adjustments" setting (Fences Config->Layout & Snapping->Layout auto-adjustment)

Hey, I tried your solutions, and I fixed it with turning align icons to grid off, but now it annoys me how icons don't snap into place and are not linear when I move them. Any ideas?

Edit: My Windows version is 19041.804

Now Fences won't remember my layout auto-adjustments setting and it keeps reverting to second option, that results in collapsing icons.
