Fences not automatically starting

I have been using Fences since July and love my tidy desktop. However, recently, the Fences are no longer automatically appearing on the desktop. To do so I have to right-click and select Display Settings and they then appear.

I discovered that the services in Task Manager Start-Up were disabled. After enabling I thought that would be solved. However, after each laptop reboot I am back to the same situation of them being disabled.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
