Muliplicity reinstall issue

I purchased Multiplicity 3 KVM and installed on primary machine and secondary machine.  All was good until i had to reinstall windows on the secondary machine and then reinstall Multiplicity 3 KVM again on the secondary machine.  When the installation finished it automatically opens the stardock home page.  When I try to click on configure multiplicity in the taskbar it opens the stardock homepage.  Something is wrong here?!?  Any help is appreciated

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

This can happen (with any app) if your Windows root certificates are out of date. 

Probably the easiest way to fix this is to do a Windows update.
