Icons beneath transparent fence are completely invisible
Hi, I installed Fences because Windows keeps shuffling around the icons on the desktop instead of leaving them where I placed them.
I have three fences, one each at the left, top and right border of the screen for often used programs/files and keep other files in groups directly on the desktop near the center of the screen.
My problem now is that Windows often places new files saved to the desktop beneath a fence and then they are completely invisible. Making fences transparent doesn't help at all. If you move an Icon to the border of a fence (not aligned to grid), the part of it under the fence will disappear.
As a workaround I created a new fence as default target for new files, but this is no real solution. I don't want to have all icons inside fences because Fences has no option not to auto-arrange icons and thus not allowing icons to be freely placed (and grouped) inside a fence. And moving an icon directly to the desktop bears the risk that next time Windows thinks it has to move the icons around it may end up underneath a fence, disappear and might be forgotten.
I think this is a bug and fences should prevent Windows from placing Icons underneath a fence - at least move them to a free place on the desktop where they are visible again. (Or make them visible through a transparent fence)
Thank you
