User not able to move or remove Folder Portals or Fences

I have to install the Fence application as an administrator for users. What file or folder needs to be given access to so they can delete the Fences or Folder Portals. They have no "X" to do this and also cannot move on desktop.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But usually that happened when you have your Fences locked. Please check it and unlock it and try again.

Right click on desktkop-> View-> Lock Fences

Thanks. Saw another article on lock but thought it was under the Fences Configuration. That solved it.
