Video crashes in Chrome

I was wondering why when using WindowBlinds videos like youtube keep crashing in my web browser (specifically Chrome). I'm using The Captain theme. If I go back to the default theme, video plays just fine. I assume this is a bug, but is there a setting that can fix this or uninstalling and reinstalling?

It's strange because reloading the page often fixes the issue whereas other times background videos just don't play.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I have no issue playing youtube video on Chrome with Windowblinds turn on. It might be some compatibility issue with some chrome add-on you have. You can try running with out add-on or you can set Windowblinds to ignore Chrome altogether. Refer to below picture for steps set Windowblinds to ignore an application.

Thanks for your reply Basj. I do have Chrome disabled just like you have shown above. The only extension I have is AdBlock other than the defaults. I might try uninstalling and reinstalling.

The problem is that it's not consistent. At the moment, everything is working fine. At other times I get errors.

I'll post if the reinstallation fixes it.

I reinstalled WindowBlinds and for the most part it seems like an improvement. I still get occasional errors, but I guess I'll have to deal with it. At least it's an easy fix by refreshing the browser.
