Activation valid only 1 day

I purchased Fences 3 from Ashampoo and got an activation key. Ashampoo activation worked, but was valid only a day. After assist from Ashampoo Helpdesk I activated at Stardock. Activation was valid only a day again. Action according to FAQ (Error 212) didn't solve the problem. What can I do?
