Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
  2. Fences versions.
  3. Is that Fences appear ontop of your desktops icons or on top of another Fence?
  4. Screen Resolutions and scaling (100%,125%, 150% etc) on your display/s.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Fences is updated to run it's best with the current version of Windows.

You are running an old version of Windows.

Your best chance for help would be to update Windows .

Any reason why you haven't updated ? 

If not going to update you can try a Purge .

 Would you do this PURGE: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account then

Reboot , and test .
