Windows in certain programs launch offset inside their frames

Hi, I just started using this program, so I'm sorry if this is a known issue. In certain programs (including Adobe Acrobat, Discord, and RPGMaker at least), the skin makes the content in the window frame appear ~50px up and to the left until the frame is manually resized. This would normally be a minor annoyance, but there are a few programs that refuse to resize at all. Is there a known fix for this? I am currently using Win8 Metro with a custom texture, but the problem persisted when I switched to Acrylic 7 to see if it was limited to one style. I'm attaching a couple screenshots to show what the program looks like with and without the style:

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. It is known some programs are not fully compatible with Windowblinds. The best thing to do it to exclude these programs from Windowblinds.

I tried that, but it didn't work on Acrobat. My settings were the same as shown in the photo - do I need to restart after creating the rule for it to take effect?

Actually, I just tried exclude my acrobat reader DC and it work without need to restart. But, maybe restart would solve in your system.
