[Bug] Wrong default language, Bad encoding, HTTP website link

I purchased CursorFX with Steam yesterday and I started it today.

First bug

CursorFX decided on its own that I will use Turkish as the program language.
My region/locale is Turkey/Turkish, but my Windows language is English.
Use Windows language, not locale for detecting language.

Second bug

Okay, you set the default language without asking me.
This is what you see when you first open the program, a bunch of badly encoded text.
Please do UI testing with different languages.

Third bug

When you click "CursorFX website", it opens the website with HTTP (this is unsafe).
