Not letting me activate it on another pc

So I just got another pc and it is not letting me activate fences on it. using my email or my account since I bought it with my email.....

You need to use the email address you used to buy the app . did you ?

I did use my email to buy the app. I am 100% positive that I did.. Does not help that it keeps saying "Email is invalid." When I clearly have it here
