Taskbar not fully customized

from Stardock Forums

as you can see on the bottom right and near the left, the taskbar is not fully customized. I am using a windows 95 theme and it doesn't seem to work. any solutions? please respond back with a solution. thanks!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can't give you direct solution, but, maybe you can use this skin as reference : https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowblinds/8628/ . Study from that style how the author achieve it.

Still doing the same thing. I don't know if this helps, but I have my screen resolution at 1366x768 and changed it multiple times to different settings but still doesn't work. 

 

here is a picture of the new theme taskbar error:

Does "True Classics", I linked above, work as expected on your system? If it is yes, than look into True Classics taskbar section and see what he/she do differently than yours. and see what the different.

I got it to work, I just had to tweak a few taskbar settings and update my graphics drivers for it to work. thank you for the help!
