windows shutdown issues since windows update only while running fences it seems

Windows had a decent size update yesterday OS Build 19041.630 when I hit shutdown my screens turn off but the insides are still running like my fans, I half to force shut down by holding the power button down every time I disable fences and no longer have this issue when I enable fences I have this issue again.... I am unsure if anyone else is having this issue.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
