download folder sort issue

hi 

there is an issue about the download folder, i map this folder to desktop,and set the sort by date, but new icon cannot go to the top. it always in the bottom only if i refresh the folder.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can't reproduce your issue on my system. Portal folder update accordingly. Please refer to the video I've posted.

Need to know more on your system

  1. Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers
  2. Fences version.

only the download folder has this issues

Hello,

I can't reproduce your issue on my Download folder too. Any specific reason you're not updating your Windows 10 to the latest version? I think Fences work better with latest version of Windows 10. I am running Windows 10 V20H2 (OS Build 19042.630) updated few days ago from V2004.
