When I purchased the product, I did not create my account, so I could not find my corresponding password, but I did pay the bill.
i call the alipay, they say you did receive my money!

You do not need to have an account for your keys and product. You just need to access the product using the correct email. If you use "alipay", most probably you will need to put in your email that linked to your alipay account.
