Sorry, my problem is still not solved

When I purchased the product, I did not create my account, so I could not find my corresponding password, but I did pay the bill.

i call the alipay, they say you did receive my money!

You do not need to have an account for your keys and product. You just need to access the product using the correct email. If you use "alipay", most probably you will need to put in your email that linked to your alipay account.

If you still have issue getting to it. Please raise a support ticket using the link below. Make sure to include all your details in there. Support will help you from there. Please note since it is currently weekends, support might be a little slow.
