Installer won't update and won't allow me to install Fences

Hello, I have recently purchased fences... I opened the installer application and it then prompted me to update the installer. I did so but the Installer failed to update and proceed with the installation. I have tried to do it again multiple times, I also tried to not update the installer and proceed but that did not work either. My pc is running win 10 64bit and is fully up to date on everything. I would greatly appreciate help.
