Icons not movable

from Stardock Forums

I have upgraded to Windows 10 and Fences 3: all looks good except that I can't move the icons within or between fences like before.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check if you have not accidentally locked Fences. If you do, please unlock it.

I had unlocked to enable me to resize fences, which worked, but it didn't allow the icons to be moved. I'm trying to hold down and drag as before.

Need more information from your system and issue :

  1. Windows 10 full version numbers, please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.
  2. Fences version installed.
  3. Anti virus and security software installed. Corporate Environment PC?
  4. Any other information that might help.
