You can't link to your hard drive because your hard drive has no way of serving the image. It will show on your side (since it is local) but we will not be able to see it.

Isn't this the Longhorn sign?? I think there are a lot of Longhorn skins already available on WC.
Just search for Longhorn in the WindowBlinds section.
