Create new icon on double screens' PC

I have two screens in my commputer, but when I create a new icon, it always be set to the second screen. How can I create new in the first screen?

I have followed this guide, but this problem is still there. My registry entry is correct, and my primary monitor is also set correctly.

Like this, my primary monitor is display2, but my new icons usually be sent to the display 1.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
