Can't uninstall Fences 3

I am trying uninstall F3, but it says invalid start mode: archive filename, using the uninstaller for F3. Using Windows program remover, results in it not even showing F3 but does show F2, which I was unable to install in the Fences folder. I had to create a Fences2 folder for it to install.
