Possible to disable taskbar from being modified?

I'm using the eXploration skin which is an XP theme but for some reason it doesnt actually change the taskbar menu, it all just looks like windows 10, is there anyway to not have the taskbar be effected/removed? explorer and system settings windows all look and load like XP its just the taskbar that doesn't. https://i.imgur.com/0A27J1M.png photo for example.

i ask this because i can use some custom open shell stuff that does actually make my taskbar look like XP but it conflicts with blinds so its either explorer and all app windows look like XP or only the taskbar, kinda a catch 22. so im attempting to use blinds for explorer but openshell for taskbar.

Do you mean the Start Menu? To get that skinned, you need Start 10.
