Fences are gone

All of my fences and icons have disappeared from my desktop. I was moving a file and next thing I know everything is gone. I can't seem to get them back. They all used to be displayed below but are not missing.

Any ideas what I need to do?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This usually because you've accidentally send your missing Fences to another Fences desktop page. You can bring all back by learning to navigate Desktop pages or disable Desktop pages.
