Fences is doing a mouse move event every second

I noticed that Fences is sending a windows mouse move event every second while playing Fortnite with an Xbox One controller on my PC. It was increasingly frustrating because it makes the game think that you want to use your mouse when you are trying to use your controller. This issue is noticeable in the frontend UI and inventory UI of the game.

I figured this out by doing a "clean boot" of Windows 10 and enabled startup applications one at a time. As soon as Fences was enabled it started the issue in game. I then disabled fences and the issue stopped.

Can you please not send a mouse move event every second while Fences is enabled?
