(hey miniman) Why do we have to deal with morons like this?

I feel sorry for this guy...someone should give him a great bug hug, cuz it sounds like he's got some pretty big issues.

But on a serious note, why are we forced to deal with people like this on WinCustomize, a site which represents a community of consumers and skinners alike? I hope one of the Admins ( Jafo?) will email this guy and tell him to cool down. I don't need/deserve this kinda crap being posted on my uploads. >

I think maybe a way for the members to deal with this on their own is to add 2 new WinCus features:

1: A Personal Messaging System: Let us talk to people like miniman ourselves.
2: An option to delete comments that members post on our uploads.

I think one or both of these abilities would help us deal with morons on this site a lot more easily. ( T-Man?)

macrobaye...contact an admin and have them remove those comments...There are way too many kids that browse this site and do not need to be exposed to that

I agree Zodiac, that's why I posted here. I hope one of the Admins can remove the comments. As I said, WinCustomize is a community, with people of ages ranging from 10 to probably 60-70. It's not just kids who don't need to see it. No one should be exposed to this kind of crap/abuse on this site.

Personally, I think such comments deserve a instant ban from the site. Such comments, do not support the efforts of the skinners in any way. Such language should not be tolerated. This person surely has issues, and cannot present himself in a socially exceptable way. And, the children should not be subjected to such language as acceptable behavior at this site or anywhere else really.

Please, do not JUST remove the comments, remove the person. Some people do deserve a warning, I agree. But, such behavior as that, show that this person, does not know how to behave, and he should be taught a lesson. Just my opinion. Anyone agree?

Thanks yrag! For those of you who don't know what's going on, a member had posted some vulgar comments on the above linked wall, inluding swears and moronic "threats".

OOOOOOO i thought of another feature proposal! We should have a block list, which can permit users who are on the list from commenting/downloading/viewing our work. Just a thought

Chas: I agree that this type of language should not be tolerated. Maybe the user could be banned for a short while, then let back to see if he/she had learned a lesson.

sorry, I'm having difficulty staying connected tonight. I removed the comments and reduced his status so he can't post anymore. If I can stay connected I'll email him too.

He was being a jerk and will not be welcome back without a complete change in character (which I don't expect).
