I love this application, but I have wallpaper engine and use it all the time, but when I try to use the transparency it takes my old background and uses it, if there would be someway someone could make it to were wallpaper engine would work together with fences that would be great.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You can try disable "Translucent Fence backgrounds"
